Chris has been my line manager at Archie since I joined a year and a half ago. He’s been a mentor and a role model for me from the beginning and has gone well above and beyond his responsibilities as a line manager. He has always had my back and supported me through hard times. As a frontend developer, Chris is exceptional. He delivers faster than anyone I’ve worked with before, and to an exceptionally high standard. His code is always of a high quality and he is an excellent lateral thinker. The thing that is most unique to Chris as a developer, is his ability to simplify complex technical problems. He is someone who I can always turn too when I am uncertain about how to solve a difficult technical challenge, as he will always help me find an elegant solution, even to the hardest problems.
