Churchill and Direct Line Life Insurance

AIG Life underwrote life cover (critical illness as an option) that Direct Line and Churchill sold direct to customers. Quote online or on the phone, no broker in the middle. The brands wanted it to feel like their other insurance: short, plain, done.

I built that journey. Forms, steps, the path from “how much cover” to “you’re on cover.”

The project was time pressured. When I came aboard their frontend was almost non existant with little time left to get it into production. I managed to build the whole journey with time spare before the deadline.
