Fidelity International runs country sites for people across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The UK, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan each had their own pages, languages, and editors.
Those sites were on TeamSite. I led the interface work to move them onto Django CMS. This involved building out an extensive set of components. The library was built with in collaboration with Fidelities: Content, Digital and UX teams. It was well tested, versionned and had built in validation for the CMS.
We started with a small subsection of the UK website then rolled out nationally. After this was done successfully we move to the remaining three.
